When Fell House is full, and that time comes for everyone to get ready to go out, the hot water system sometimes struggled to keep pace with our guests needs - two baths and three showers take a lot of water, not to mention the hand basins.
This year we have installed a pressurised hot water storage system that should mean that there is hot water at all times for everyone. We had to lose a little clothes hanging space, but we hope that it will make life even easier when a large group uses Fell House.
We've also replaced the shower cubicles, which were starting to show the strain of all those clean people we have staying at Fell House!
